By shipping directly from our trusted global manufacturing and fulfillment partners, we are able to:

1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Playszio order is prepared with care—because toys should arrive ready to play.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Please allow 2–4 business days for quality checks and packaging before shipment.

  • Peak Seasons (Holidays & Back-to-School):
    Processing may take up to 5 business days during high-demand periods.

  • Shipping Fee:
    We offer a flat $2.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of location.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because Playszio products ship through a global fulfillment network, delivery times vary by region:

United States 10–15 Business Days
Canada / UK / Australia 11–16 Business Days
Rest of the World 15–20 Business Days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. International shipping and quality handling may occasionally require additional time.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates:
    Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

  • In Transit:
    Tracking may not update daily—this is normal for international deliveries. Your package is safely on its way.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any local customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Playszio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders begin fulfillment shortly after purchase.

  • Changes or Cancellations:
    Please contact service@playszio.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.


6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Your family’s satisfaction is important to us.

  • Damaged Items:
    If your Playszio toy arrives damaged, please email a photo to our support team within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages:
    If the carrier confirms that your order is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
